Thank you, Lord

Greetings, sisters.

It doesn't take long for us to get back to the daily routines and realize that the Emmaus weekend certainly is a mountain top experience. What matters, though, is that we realize that He is still with us in the slide down the mountain to the plateau and will be with us even if we enter the valley. It's in those valleys that we grow!

Prayer request: Please lift Shirley in your prayers. She's my dear sister in Christ who is struggling for her life. She is not afraid of dying because she knows whose she is, but I pray for peace, NO PAIN (as she is in a great deal of it), and courage to carry out God's will for her. This is not an easy road for her. I know. I watched my husband travel a very similar road....or is it a valley?

Even in the midst of our hardest moments, we can still find joy knowing that He is who He is, and WE are His!

Praise be to God.
DeColores,
Mitch
